Tanner

Seems as though I never did blog about Christmas! I have SO many wonderful pics of time with family during the holidays, that I never did get any of them posted. Sigh. Maybe I'll do a random Christmas post sometime when you all least expect it! Ha, ha. For now, here's an update about Tanner, our Cockapoo born October 1, 2010 and delivered to our family by Santa Claus on Christmas morning! I LOVE this picture of David, Mackenzie, Josiah, and Tanner, too! :)
Tanner weighs 14.8 lbs now. Not really sure how big he'll be when full grown...maybe around 25 lbs!?! We took him in for his first grooming at our vets last week. He needed a bath, nails trimmed, and hair trimmed (esp around his eyes!). When I went to pick him up from his "spa day," LOL, they had a bandanna on him. The kids LOVED that.

So, naturally, we decided to grab the camera and take some pics!

It's funny that we've had so much snow this year. You can see some in the background of these pictures, even days after it actually snowed. Fun times. Busy times! Sorry it's been so long since I've found time to post! Hope all is well with everyone out there.

Bedtime

As I tucked Mackenzie into bed tonight she said, "Momma, I wish people could marry animals. If we could, I'd marry Tanner when I grow up! I love him that much." So sweet. I love hearing those precious thoughts.

As I tucked Josiah into bed tonight he said, "Momma, have I ever seen a real rocket ship?" I answered that no, he has not. He proceeded to tell me, "Someday I am going to build a rocket ship. A real one. And I'm going to take you and Mackenzie in it so that you can be the first girls to walk on the moon."

My sweet kids. Too precious. Just random thoughts as I tucked them into bed tonight. Just wanted to record them.
