Trunk or Treat

Tonight was Trunk or Treat at church. Here's my two kids: an angel and Jango Fett off of Star Wars. :) Ready to enjoy some crafts and games!

Trunk or Treat

A week ago tonight was Trunk or Treat at church. The kids had so much fun getting to dress up, participate in all kinds of activities, go to class, and gather candy in the parking lot after class. Dorothy from Wizard of Oz and Clone Trooper from Star Wars.
Aren't they precious?! :)

I love the ruby red slippers we found at Target for my little Dorothy. Kinda makes the outfit!

This is the pose she had seen on the front of the costume package when it arrived in the mail. Had to add it to the blog post, of course!

My little Clone Trooper

I loved this pose!

But this one's pretty great, too! :)

Josiah, Mackenzie, and Me...a proud Momma.

We were in the church parking lot getting ready to head inside.

David holding a clone trooper. Somehow, that seemed picture worthy to me!

All the Star Wars kids at church. Quite a big group. From left to right: Josiah, Sam, Will, Dylan, Anna, Owen, and Joe.

Mackenzie, Aurianna, and Egypt.

Mackenzie and Lauren.

Owen (Yoda) and Josiah (Clone Trooper).

Mackenzie paused during the activities long enough for me to take a picture. :)

Here is one of the activities. Hysterically funny to watch! They have a race to see who can finish eating the powdered doughnut faster. The tricky part is that someone else is holding the doughnut on a string and you are not allowed to use your hands!

Here's Mackenzie enjoying the doughnut.

Taylor (Wendy from Peter Pan) and Mackenzie racing to eat their doughnuts.

Too funny!

All together now! Both Mackenzie and Josiah are in this picture trunk or treating.

Matt handing out candy to our crew. You can actually see Josiah and Mackenzie's face in this one! We all had so much fun that evening. Time spent with friends is such a blessing.

Now...I'm only 2 posts behind! More to come...
