Yesterday was a snow day! Well, almost snow, anyways. Since it was the biggest snow we have had in Knoxville in the past couple of years, we made the most of it! I dressed the kids in their snowsuits (You know, the ones I bought while dreaming of a nice, big snow!) and went out to attempt to play in what little snow was actually on the ground. I have to say, the snow falling was beautiful! Nice, big, pretty flakes. We had a wonderful time, though the kids faces got cold quickly; they were ready to come back inside after just a short time of playing in it. We came in and had some hot chocolate to complete the experience. Both kids were more interested in the marshmallows than in the drink itself. :) Fun times. (Funny side note: Both kids snow suits are a size 2T and they fit, though Mackenzie is mostly in 3T and some 4T clothes, and Josiah typically wears 24 month clothes.)
